Hair salon and barber booking app

Fewer phone calls: let customers see your free slots and book themselves, and see your whole day on one calendar.

The Kuafix app is in Turkish and is made for hair salons and barbers in Turkey.

Why online booking?

Calls during the day interrupt your work, and bookings written in a notebook get mixed up. In Kuafix the customer sees the hairdresser's free slots and picks one; the booking appears on the hairdresser's calendar instantly. Phone and walk-in customers go on the same calendar, so nothing overlaps.

The calendar follows your rules

You set your opening and closing hours, the appointment length (30 min, 60 min or a custom length of at least 10 minutes) and how many days ahead customers can book (5, 10 or custom). Weekly days off and holidays show as closed, and nobody can book them.

The customer side

Customers find the hairdresser in Find a Hairdresser by choosing a province and district, searching by name, or with the hairdresser's ID or QR code, and add them to favourites. In Book they choose a day and tap a free slot. One appointment can be booked per day; past times are closed.

Cancelling and contact

If the appointment is more than 45 minutes away, both the customer and the hairdresser can cancel in the app; otherwise they call. The hairdresser sees the customer's note and attached hairstyle photo in the appointment details.

Frequently asked questions

Is the salon booking app paid?

Kuafix is free to download. The hairdresser panel has a 1-month free trial; after that, Hairdresser Premium is 399 TL per month or 999 TL for 3 months. Customers don't pay to book.

Does the customer need the app?

No. You can add appointments for customers without the app; a name is enough, phone and note are optional.

Can I set the appointment length?

Yes. Choose 30 minutes, 60 minutes or a custom length of at least 10 minutes. You can also open an extra slot for a time that isn't on the list.

Can customers book on my days off?

No. Weekly days off and the holidays you add are closed on the calendar, so customers can't book them.

Is it suitable for barbers and men's hairdressers?

Yes. Kuafix works the same for women's and men's hairdressers, barbers and one-person salons; you edit your own service list (haircut, beard, colouring and so on).
