Salon income tracking and statistics

Know your day's takings without counting the till: how much you earned today, which service sold most and when you are busiest.

The Kuafix app is in Turkish and is made for hair salons and barbers in Turkey.

Link payments to appointments

Every appointment in Kuafix has a payment icon. Grey means no payment recorded yet; tap it and choose cash, card or bank transfer (IBAN) and it turns green. You enter your service prices once in Settings > Finance (up to 20 services), and the amount fills in automatically.

Daily, weekly and monthly income

The finance screen shows the chosen day's total income, number of services, the split by payment type and income per service, and tells you whether you are up or down on the previous day. The same summary is available by week and by month.

Busiest days and hours

The heat map in Statistics shows with colours how many appointments you had on each day and hour in the chosen period. Use it to plan your hours, breaks or promotion days.

History per customer

Customer statistics show how often each customer comes and their past services. Kuafix does not take payments; these records are for your own business tracking and do not replace official bookkeeping.

How it works

Enter your service pricesAdd services such as haircut, beard and colouring with their prices in Settings > Finance.
Mark the paymentTap the payment icon and choose cash, card or bank transfer.
See the end of the dayTotal income, number of services and payment split are ready on the finance screen.
Analyse the periodUse the heat map and statistics to see your busy hours and regular customers.

Frequently asked questions

Does Kuafix take payments?

No. The customer pays the hairdresser directly, and the hairdresser records the payment in the app. Kuafix takes no commission.

Which payment types are tracked separately?

Cash, card and bank transfer (IBAN). The finance screen shows a separate total for each.

Can I see income per service?

Yes. The finance screen also splits income by your services, such as haircut, colouring and beard.

Does it replace accounting software?

No. Income records in Kuafix are for internal tracking; Kuafix doesn't issue invoices and does not replace official bookkeeping.

Is income tracking paid?

Finance and statistics are part of Hairdresser Premium; the first month is a free trial.
