What is Kuafix?

Kuafix is an appointment app that brings hair salons and barbershops together with their customers in one app. The hairdresser manages the calendar, working hours, days off, service prices and daily income. The customer finds the hairdresser by province and district, by name, by the hairdresser's ID or QR code, sees the free time slots and books without calling. Before the appointment, customers can try a new haircut, beard or hair colour on their own photo with AI.

The Kuafix app is in Turkish and is made for hair salons and barbers in Turkey.

For hairdressers and barbers

Appointment calendarDaily, weekly and monthly views. Free and booked slots at a glance; double-tap a slot to add an appointment.
Phone and walk-in customersBook customers who don't use the app too: a name is enough, phone and note are optional. Open an extra slot for a time that isn't on the list.
Your working rulesOpening hours, appointment length (30 min, 60 min or a custom length of at least 10 min), weekly days off, holidays and how many days ahead customers can book.

Pricing

Kuafix is free to download. The hairdresser panel and the customer's extra features are unlocked with a subscription, and everyone gets a 1-month free trial. You don't pay for appointments in the app; you pay the hairdresser directly for the service.

Frequently asked questions

Is Kuafix free?

Downloading the app and finding a hairdresser and booking as a customer are free. The hairdresser panel has a 1-month free trial, after which a Hairdresser Premium subscription is needed (399 TL per month or 999 TL for 3 months). Customers can optionally get Customer Premium for notes, photos and AI features.

What if my customer doesn't use the app?

No problem. You can add appointments for phone and walk-in customers from the calendar; a name is enough, phone and note are optional.

How do customers find me?

In Find a Hairdresser, customers choose your province and district to see you in the list, or search by your name. If you share your hairdresser ID or QR code, they find you directly and add you to favourites.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad (iOS 17.6 or later) and Android phones. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

What language is the app in?

The app is in Turkish and is made for hair salons and barbers in Turkey. This website is published in 17 languages to introduce the app.

Can appointments be cancelled?

Yes. Customers can cancel in the app if the appointment is more than 45 minutes away; otherwise they call the hairdresser. The hairdresser can cancel under the same rule.

How does the AI hair try-on work?

In Try a Look, you take a photo and choose a haircut, beard / moustache, hair colour, waves or extensions. Each successful result uses 2 credits. Your original photo is deleted within 24 hours after processing.

Is my data safe, and can I delete my account?

Data is stored on Firebase (Google) and shared between hairdresser and customer only as needed for the appointment. You can delete your account in the app at any time; details are in the privacy policy and on the account deletion page.
