By downloading, accessing or using the Kuafix app, you accept the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the app.

1. Scope of the Service

Kuafix is a mobile application developed to make creating and managing appointments, and communication, between hairdressers and customers easier.
The app may offer features such as appointment planning, adding images, leaving notes, AI-assisted hairstyle / hair colour / beard try-ons and per-customer finance tracking for hairdressers.
Kuafix reserves the right to change, update, improve, restrict or remove its features over time.

2. Account and User Responsibility

You may need to create a user account to use some features of the app.
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date and complete account information.
You are responsible for actions taken through your account, and for keeping your account secure.
Content that is false, misleading, unlawful or infringes the rights of third parties must not be shared.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial and In-App Purchases

Kuafix may offer different paid subscriptions and in-app purchases depending on the user type.
Hairdresser subscriptions: 399 TL per month, 999 TL for 3 months.
Customer subscriptions: 23.99 TL per month, 63.99 TL for 3 months.
A 1-month free trial may be offered to everyone. At the end of the free trial, unless the user cancels, the subscription may continue as a paid subscription under the rules of the store where it was purchased (App Store or Google Play).
On iPhone and iPad, purchases are made through the App Store and payments are charged to your Apple ID. On Android devices, purchases are made through Google Play and payments are charged to the payment method in your Google account.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically under the rules of the relevant store.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions and any automatic renewal on iPhone and iPad in your Apple ID account settings, and on Android in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
The applicable pricing, free trial, promotion and billing terms are those shown on the purchase screen and in the relevant store (App Store or Google Play).

4. Credit System and AI Try-On Use

Kuafix may use a credit system for AI-assisted hairstyle, hair colour, beard and similar visual try-on features.
When the first trial is started, the user may be given 6 credits.
Active subscribers may receive 6 gift credits every week.
Each photo / style / hair / beard try-on uses 2 credits.
If the credit balance is not enough, the user can buy extra credits.
Extra credit packs:
• 6 credits: 12.99 TL
• 12 credits: 21.99 TL
• 18 credits: 29.99 TL
Credits are offered only for use within the app; they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or refunded, except where required by law or mandatory consumer rights.
Kuafix reserves the right to change the rules for granting credits, the terms of use, the scope of promotions and the credit packs.

5. AI Features

Kuafix may offer AI-assisted hairstyle, hair colour, beard and similar visual try-ons based on photos uploaded by users.
These features are offered only as a visual preview and for user experience; real-life results may not be exactly the same.
AI outputs do not constitute a guarantee as to style, colour, facial fit or aesthetic result.
The user accepts that they consent, within the related privacy policy, to their uploaded photos being processed for this feature and shared with the necessary technical service providers.
Kuafix does not promise that AI results replace a professional hairdressing service.

6. Content Uploaded by Users

The user accepts that they have the right to use the photos, images, notes and similar content they upload to the app.
Uploading content that infringes the rights of others, is used without permission, or is unlawful, offensive, obscene, misleading or harmful is prohibited.
Content uploaded by users may be processed for appointment management, archiving, AI try-ons and providing the app's functions.
Kuafix reserves the right to remove content, restrict access or take action on the related accounts where it considers this necessary for the security of the app or for legal obligations.

7. Hairdresser Finance and Payment Records

Hairdresser users can mark or track fees collected per appointment and per-customer finance records in the app.
This feature is a recording and tracking tool offered only for the user's convenience.
Kuafix does not guarantee the accuracy of financial data entered by the user for accounting, tax, official records or legal declarations.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in the finance/payment fields and for using it in line with the relevant legislation.

8. Account Deletion and Data Processing

You can delete your account at any time using the options provided in the app.
When account deletion is started, the data related to your profile is queued for deletion according to the processes described in our privacy policy.
Photos, AI outputs, archive images, appointment content and other related data may also be included in the deletion process if they are linked to the account.

9. Prohibited Use

The app must be used only lawfully, honestly and for its intended purpose.
Reverse engineering the app, tampering with its source code, misusing its systems or trying to disrupt the service is prohibited.
Creating fake accounts, providing misleading information, acting on behalf of someone else or using the app for harmful purposes is prohibited.
No use that could harm the Kuafix infrastructure, other users or third-party systems is accepted.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Kuafix app, its design, software, brand elements, interfaces and original in-app content belong to AnberTech or the relevant right holders.
These terms of use give the user only a limited, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially using Kuafix content without permission is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kuafix provides the app "as is" and "as available".
It is not guaranteed that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or always available.
No express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose is given for AI results, appointment processes, the credit system, finance records entered by users or user content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuafix and AnberTech cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app, third-party services, user content, subscriptions, the credit system or AI outputs.
The user is responsible for consequences arising from incorrect data entry, wrong appointment information, uploading inappropriate photos, incorrect actions regarding credit use or use contrary to legislation.

13. Third-Party Services

Kuafix may use third-party service providers for some features to work.
The infrastructure provided by these service providers may be subject to their own technical terms and policies.
Kuafix may have no direct control over the availability or behaviour of the App Store, Google Play, Firebase, AI service providers and similar third-party services.

14. Changes to and Termination of the Service

Kuafix may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the app, with or without prior notice.
Users' access to certain features may be affected by such changes.
In case of use contrary to the rules, misuse or a security risk, access to accounts may be restricted temporarily or permanently.

15. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.
The current version applies from the moment it is published in the app, on the official website or on a suitable digital platform.
Continuing to use the app after the terms are updated means that you accept the current terms.
