Kuafix Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the Kuafix app from within the app at any time. When your account deletion request is received, the data related to your account is queued for deletion.

After Deletion

• Your profile information (first name, last name, phone number, province and related account information) is deleted.
• All your appointment records and content related to appointments are deleted.
• Images and notes you added to appointments are deleted.
• Your AI try-on result images are deleted.
• Images you added to the archive from your gallery are deleted.
• Notification information for your device (e.g. the FCM token) is deleted.
• For hairdresser accounts, per-customer finance / payment records are also deleted to the extent they are linked to the account.

About AI Try-On Photos

The original input photos uploaded for an AI try-on are deleted within 24 hours (1 day) at the latest after processing is complete, without waiting for account deletion.

Deletion Period

When account deletion is started, your data is queued for removal from active systems. For technical reasons, some records may be kept for up to 7 more days for backup or system continuity, with the aim of permanently deleting them at the end of this period.

Important Note

Certain data may be kept separately, only to the extent and for as long as necessary, because of legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or requirements of applicable legislation.
